SLAC Information

Our monthly meetings are normally held at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC), 2575 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025. Meetings are usually in the Redwood Room. However, due to scheduling conflicts, it is occasionally necessary to move a meeting to a different location at SLAC, usually Panofsky Auditorium or the Orange Room (see SLAC map). Please check the website and newsletter for the current information on upcoming meetings.

Security

To pass through the security gate on the night of the meeting, you will need to tell the guard that you are attending the SMUG meeting and be prepared to show photo ID.

Directions

SLAC is located at 2575 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025. You can find driving directions to SLAC on their website:

Parking

Be sure to park only in designated visitor parking. If you are unfamiliar with parking at SLAC, ask the security guard at the gate to direct you to the appropriate parking areas.
